We offer flexible options such as Pay-Performance plans that are based on a percentage of improvement gain, as well as Flat-Fee and All-In or Rolling Budget retainers. 

• • Pay-Performance – “% of Gain” – Think of it just like it sounds. If the pre-agreed fee or bonus is 10% of save, and net savings are $214,983, the “% of Gain” will be $21,498 on a average 5 year savings of $1.1MM. Pay-Performance can be added on top of Flat Fee base depending on the project
  • Flat Fee – Service rendered for pre-agreed terms with no final variability. Think Like: $10,000 set is $10,000 paid.
  • All-In Budget – You define a maximum spend to accomplish a goal. And if minimum budget required to achieve task is available, a plan is worked out to hit the main components of a change cycle without exceeding the allocation. Think Like: “How much improvement will THIS get me?”
  • Rolling Budget – Project Scope can be allocated to phases, and solutions can be weighted at the time of implementation for individual options. Budget may be defined quarterly however Total budget for goal completion may be undefined or irrelevant

Currently we only offer enterprise plans for businesses with annual revenue of 1MM or higher on a contractual basis. Companies up to the 1MM level will be considered on a project basis and depending on performance and partnership dynamics, may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for enterprise support eligibility. 

Your specific project may involve many moving parts depending on your needs assessment. For instance it may involve creating a website as back-end code base, content generation, custom designed software solutions etc that may necessitate the scaling of team resources on an as needed basis. 

We also employ strategic division of labor to insulate and mitigate system exposure risk, and as such may add another component of variability to your team dynamic. This can be discussed further during your need discovery
