Our History Journey Into Continuous Improvements
My journey with continuous improvements began at a law firm in 2005 where I discovered how to iteratively decrease the cost of lead acquisition. Applying this process repeatedly, we drove cost down by 92%, (from $186/lead to $15/lead) while increasing close rate from 3% to 16% on average, generating significant project momentum.
We continued to ride the wave of that success by mapping out the processes involved and creating an AI driven virtual consultant, allowing instant qualification of services as well as real-time quotes and instant enrollment. The one project, by itself, was able to make/save the company significant revenue in virtual perpetuity.
Realizing in that moment that continuous improvement wasn’t just a game we get to play to build better business models and improve things for customers by increasing buy-in for big rewards, but was actually a career!? I wasn’t just sold, I was in love with a mission.
The mission of Continuous Improvements, for people like you and me, continues with a passion. Today, as a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I’m currently managing CI projects full time and responsible for over 119 million dollars annually.
